Only produced in years when we have perfectly ripe fruit, our 100% organic Chardonnay sparkling wine is made in a similar style to our Limney Estate, without yeast added (primary fermentation), unfiltered and with minimal added sulphur. It was fermented in stainless steel. The wine has a dry balance and aromas of white fruit (peach, baked apple) with a clean finish. Although delicious to drink now, it will age for years to come.
