The 2019 is made from 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier. With 4 years maturing in the bottle on lees, it has plenty of yeast character combined with the suprisingly youthful fruit. This is a wine that is delicious now and will develop further over the long term.
